The customer provides the following information to district staff in order to calculate fees:
1) Is the sewer connection new or existing?
2) Is it for residential or commercial use?
3) If commercial, what will it be used for? (i.e. restaurant, office, warehouse, etc..)
4) What is the square footage?
5) What is the location? (address, parcel number, cross streets, etc..)
Sewer connections are handled by the Permit team on an individual basis. It is difficult to list all possible scenarios and their associated fees. For an exact calculation of your connection fees, contact the District.
